try not to take ourselves too seriously at Saj
Mediterranean Grill, but we do take our principles
and promises to heart. These principles help us
keep our promises to team members, guests and
our communities.

Diversity:
At Saj Mediterranean

That's because the restaurant business is a
people business. We promote and celebrate diversity,
reaching out, and respecting the dignity, individuality,
and worth of people, cultures, and ideas. Saj
Mediterranean Grill respects and cherishes the
distinctions its employees bring to the workplace,

national origin/ethnicity, sexual orientation

work.
Our goal is not only to build great restaurants,
but also to invest in our community as one of
the best investments we can make, and one with
an impact that will last for generations.
We have a passion to make a meaningful difference
in the lives of others and to nourish and delight
everyone we serve. We work to achieve that goal
by delivering great guest experiences and by enhancing
the quality of life in the community through volunteer
involvement and support to local non-profit organizations,
community youth organizations and local schools.

Saj Success Club:
We are committed to our
community and its success. We believe this starts
with the education of our children. Our Saj Success
Club was created to be of assistance to teachers
of the elementary and middle schools in our community.
During these hard economic times, teachers and
principals are dealing with budget deficits and
an increasingly small pool of resources to effectively
motivate our youth to achieve greater academic
results. It is our sincerest hope and desire that
this program bring a renewed sense of motivation
to our youth and that it will pay dividends by
rewarding success in school.
The Saj Success Club is simply a program that
leverages our products to drive academic achievements
in the classroom. Teachers and principals will
be given our Saj Success Club cards as incentives
for children to obtain higher academic, social
or behavioral achievements. Each card is worth
a free meal from our Kid Friendly Menu.
Given the difficulties that principals and teachers
already face with guidelines and protocol, we
didnít want to create a program mired in rules
and regulations. Instead, we only ask that these
cards be given to children based on their achievements
in the classroom.
An achievement might be reading two more books
a week, getting a letter grade higher from one
test to the next, being a strong classroom leader
or classmate, improved behavior, acts of kindness
to fellow students and teachers, etc. It is at
the discretion of the teachers and principals
to determine who receives the reward.
Students who come to Saj Mediterranean Grill to
redeem their Saj Success Club card are also put
into a pool of students that could potentially
be featured in our email newsletter.
All of us at Saj Mediterranean Grill look forward
to seeing your students in our restaurant sometime
very soon so that we can congratulate them on
their successes, too.
