Established in 2007, the Company's headquarters
are located in Denver, Colorado. With its unique
combination of the traditional Saj country style
flatbread baking method and healthy Mediterranean
dining environment, Saj Mediterranean Grill is the

Escape.
In August 2009, Saj Mediterranean Grill will open
its door along the University and Arapahoe intersection
of Arapahoe County. There will be something there
